Artigos Relacionados:Loquat Jelly
Ok, I know this has nothing to do with photography, but it might interest some :) We have 2 large loquat trees that were just loaded with fruit. Loquats make wonderful jelly so that was my project on Wednesday. I have enclosed the recipes and photos of the process. Hope you enjoy!!
LOQUAT JELLY
Wash loquats and remove seeds. Place in saucepan and add enough water to barely cover fruit. Cook gently for 15-20 minutes, then strain through jelly bag.
Use 4 cups juice to 5 1/2 cups sugar. Measure sugar and set aside. Measure juice and put into a saucepan stirring in fruit pectin such as Sure Jell or Certo. Bring this mixture to a full boil over high heat, stirring constantly. At once, stir in sugar. Stir and bring to a full rolling boil (a boil that cannot be stirred down) and boil hard 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim off foam (if any) with large spoon. Immediately ladle or pour boiling hot into jelly glasses or jars leaving one half inch space at top of jars. Seal with lids and screw bands. Let jelly stand to cool.

City of DeFuniak Springs || Fort Bragg, North Carolina || Inspirations Photography
Recently Kim Kirby, City Manager for DeFuniak Springs, Florida, asked me to assist her in providing images for a multimedia presentation to the soldiers at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She visited Fort Bragg to promote our town, DeFuniak Springs, and the Beaches of South Walton; to inform the soldiers about this wonderfully diverse and amazingly beautiful area we are blessed to call home!

Miss Morgan || by Destin Wedding and Portrait Photographer || Inspirations Photography
Everyone meet Miss Morgan!! What beautiful, wonderful young lady! We had a great time during our studio session in DeFuniak Springs for her 5th Grade "Senior Portraits!!". She even brought her best "furry" friend along for a few pet portraits. Is it just me or does she look older than 5th grade!!! Wow, they grow up fast. Soon it will be actual Senior Portraits!!! Oh, and check out that "attitude"!! LOL
