Wow, what a week!! We had Vacation Bible School at our church last week. Had lots of fun!! Work was C-R-A-Z-Y, but I'm lovin' it!! Finally catching my breath now that it's Monday (at least until my beach shoot tonight!:) Now on to editing.... Will have lots of new posts soon, so be sure to check back often.


The weather here has been HOT!! This is June (not July and August!) Wow, I'm almost scared to think about how hot it will be later on in the summer!

Family Time! Destin Beach Portraits - Family Beach Portraits

Been super busy lately and haven't had much time for updating the blog. We get so busy shooting weddings, beach portraits, events and meeting so many great people and just caught up in "life". I was super excited to shoot beach portraits for my brother's family recently. Everyone finally had a free evening in their schedule... It's amazing how hard it can be to schedule some family time. We had so much fun!!! My nieces are the most precious little girls in the world :) Can you tell I'm a little partial...LOL. They are growing so fast, like my son (who's 9, by the way... wow, when did that happen!!), we can't let these little moments get away from us..... I love you guys!!!! You are such a beautiful family!!

June 7, 2009 South Walton Scene

Hi all, Hope everyone is doing well. Had a nice weekend shooting. Had the opportunity to shoot a wedding Saturday afternoon for a wonderful couple in a gorgeous location. Lots of fun! Thanks Alicia for the limo!! Will post some sneak peaks soon.... Looking forward to beach shoots this week. Hope the weather is gorgeous!!

Have had a great week. Had some family visiting this week and we were able to do some much needed catching up. The kids had a great time playing. Have a safe trip hope home, Venecia!! Kisses and hugs to Drew and Sheridan... We had lots of fun and miss you already. Hope to see you soon :)

TGIF May 29, 2009 Fine Art Photography

Wow, will I be glad when school is out (so will my son)! I'm ready to have him all to myself!!! :) We have also had 2 days in a row (so far) with no rain! My back yard looks like a mushroom farm!! LOL

Well, I've been super busy with weddings of late... 'Tis the season!! Will post some teasers in a few days. Right now I was in the mood for a little art. Thought I would share a few of my art prints with you today. Hope you enjoy!!

The weather has been beautiful, windy, but beautiful! My tomato and pepper plants are suffering from all the wind damage! Looking forward to the holiday weekend. Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Memorial Day! Enjoy those hot dogs and hamburgers!!

Congratuations Andrea and Troy! Wedding Photos

Here are a few sneak peeks from Andrea and Troy's wedding a few weeks ago. It rained so hard all day. Road closures and flooding! We were beginning to get a little concerned. However, it turned out to be a lovely afternoon. We were all very thankful! They had a beautiful ceremony on a beautiful afternoon and I hope this is the start of a long and beautiful life together. I wish you both all the best. May God bless you both with many happy years of love and laughter.

Well, we are the very proud parents to several new baby chicks!! (21 to be exact!) They are so cute and growing very fast! Luke is really enjoying them and has named his favorite, Joey. (I really think they are all his favorites :) Our Lab, Riley, has designated himself as the official chick guardian and protector. He even sleeps next to their little coop. I guess nothing says Spring like cute, fuzzy baby chicks!!! We are looking forward to those pretty brown eggs later this Summer!!
